Blog: Weight Loss – Simple & Sustainable

Weight loss koi magic nahi hai, balki daily chhoti-chhoti habits ka result hota hai. Log aksar extreme diet ya workout follow karte hain, jo kuch din baad chhoot jata hai.

Sabse pehla rule hai: consistency. Roz thoda chalna, thoda sweat aur thoda control – bas itna kaafi hai. 30–40 minute walk, light exercise ya stretching se bhi body respond karti hai.

Food me focus karo quantity kam karne par, quality badhane par nahi. Sugar, junk aur cold drinks kam karo, pani zyada piyo. Raat ka khana halka rakho aur sone se pehle phone kam use karo.

Yaad rakho: weight loss sirf body ka nahi, lifestyle ka transformation hai. Jab routine sudhar jaata hai, body apne aap follow karti hai.
