Ab baat kerte hai meditation Kerne ke liye kin bato ka dyan rakhe..

Bina shor wali jagah ho.
Dhile dhale kapde ho.
Kisi jagah dard na ho.
Bina dhul mitti wali jagah ho.


  In Sab ke hojane ke baad aap ko ek jagah baithna hai Aur is positione me baithna hai ki aap ko kisi bhi trah se taklif na ho.. Aur phir aap ko dyan lagana hai.. 

Yaha tak Sab aap ko bata dete hai lekin yeh nahi bata te ki dhyan lagana Kaise hai...
To wahi to aaj mai aap ko batao ga..
Aur wo bhi step wise... 

To chalye shuru kerte hai...
* shant jagah shant baith jai.
* aankhe band kerle.
* kisi bhi trah ke thought ko avoid kre.
* dheere dheere ginti ginna shuru kare man me hi shant awaz me.. 
Lekin oolta 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1


Yakin maniye is trah do char bar baithne se aap ko meditation kerna nahi hoga balki meditation ho jaiga....
